Terms of Service

The rules for using the Best4K IPTV UK website, free trials, subscriptions and reseller panel, written in plain English.

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Best4K IPTV UK website at best4kiptvuk.com and to any free trial, subscription or reseller service we provide ("Service"). "We", "us" and "our" mean Best4K IPTV UK. "You" means the person using the website or the Service. By starting a trial, placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

Best4K IPTV UK provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet, delivered as login details (Xtream Codes, m3u or portal) that you add to an IPTV player app on your own device. Channel line-ups, content and features may change from time to time. We do not supply devices or IPTV player apps.

3. Free trials

We may offer a free trial of up to 24 hours. Trial length can be shorter during peak server load or when the daily free trial limit is reached. Trials are limited each day, are given at our discretion and may be refused or ended at any time. No payment details are required for a trial.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and are listed on our IPTV subscription UK page. We also accept USD, EUR and most international currencies; the amount is confirmed before you pay. Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Your plan runs for the length you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) from activation and does not renew automatically.

When you order, you ask us to start the Service immediately and you acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right to cancel that normally applies to digital services under UK law. Your other statutory rights are not affected.

5. Activation and delivery

After your order is confirmed, we send your login details and a setup guide by WhatsApp or email, usually within minutes. If you have not received them within 24 hours, please contact us.

6. One login, one device

  • Each login works on one device only. It cannot be used on a second device at the same time or moved between devices.
  • 2-device plans provide two separate logins, one for each device.
  • Sharing, selling or publishing your login, or attempting to use it on more devices than your plan allows, may lead to suspension without a refund.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a compatible device and a stable internet connection (about 25 Mbps for 4K).
  • Installing and, where needed, activating an IPTV player app. App fees are paid to the app developer, not to us.
  • Using a VPN if your internet provider blocks or slows streams.
  • Keeping your login details private and secure.
  • Making sure you are allowed to watch content in your country, including holding a TV Licence where required in the UK.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Restream, rebroadcast, record for distribution or publicly show content from the Service.
  • Resell or share access unless you are an approved reseller using our reseller panel.
  • Attempt to hack, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt our servers or systems.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or end your Service without a refund if you break these rules.

9. Availability and downtime

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we cannot promise the Service will always be uninterrupted. Maintenance or technical issues are usually fixed within 20 to 40 minutes and in rare cases may take up to 24 to 48 hours. Individual channels may occasionally be unavailable or replaced. Temporary downtime does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day money back guarantee if the Service does not work on your device at all, with or without a VPN. Refunds are not given for ISP blocking, change of mind, refusing app activation or server downtime.

11. Reseller terms

Resellers buy credits, where 1 credit equals 1 month for one customer line. Resellers are responsible for their own customers, pricing and first-line support, and must follow these Terms, including the one-login-one-device rule and the ban on restreaming. Used credits are not refundable. We may suspend reseller panels that break these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device, internet provider, VPN, third-party apps, or events outside our reasonable control.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its "last updated" date. Changes do not affect plans already paid for, except where required for legal or security reasons.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
