Channels keep buffering
Check your speed on the Firestick itself (at least 25 Mbps for 4K), use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, clear the app cache and try the HEVC or FHD version.
Login failed or “invalid credentials”
Re-type the server, username and password carefully. They are case-sensitive and have no spaces. Still stuck? Message us and we will check your line.
No TV guide (EPG) showing
In your app, refresh or update the EPG from settings and wait a few minutes. TiviMate and Smarters both have an “update EPG” option.
Firestick is slow or freezing
Free up space by uninstalling unused apps, clear cache and restart the device. Older Firesticks may simply be too slow for 4K.
Works on one TV but not another
